At Joseph Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
